Crestpoint Building Maintenance LLC successfully completed the waterproofing of the elevator pit at A Block, Al Shoala Building, ensuring long-term protection against water ingress and moisture-related damage.

The project involved specialized injection treatment works to address active leakage and prevent future seepage within the elevator pit area. Our team followed a systematic and quality-driven approach to restore the structural integrity and waterproofing performance of the pit.

Scope of Work Included:

• Thorough cleaning of the elevator pit area
• Detailed inspection to identify the exact source of water leakage
• Injection treatment using:
  • PU foam injection to stop active water leakage
  • Secondary injection material to seal cracks and voids permanently
• Complete drying of the treated area
• Water leakage testing to ensure leak-proof performance
• Application of two coats of waterproofing protective coating for enhanced durability
