ROOF RENOVATION & WATERPROOFING PROJECT – SIX VILLAS, JUMEIRAH, DUBAI

Crestpoint Building Maintenance LLC proudly completed a roof renovation and waterproofing project for six villas in the upscale Jumeirah area of Dubai. The project was executed to enhance roof integrity, improve weather resistance, and ensure long-term protection against water leakage and environmental damage for premium residential properties.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The existing roof areas of all six villas were thoroughly inspected to assess the condition of the waterproofing system and identify damaged or deteriorated sections. Old and failed waterproofing layers were carefully removed, and the surfaces were properly cleaned and prepared to ensure strong adhesion for the new system application.

WATERPROOFING SYSTEM INSTALLATION

A high-performance waterproofing membrane system was applied across all roof surfaces to provide a seamless and durable protective barrier against water ingress. Special attention was given to joints, corners, and high-risk leakage areas to ensure complete sealing and long-term effectiveness.
