GUTTER WATERPROOFING PROJECT – AL QUOZ, DUBAI

Crestpoint Building Maintenance LLC successfully completed a gutter waterproofing project for a major warehouse facility in Al Quoz, Dubai.

The project was carried out to resolve persistent water leakage and drainage issues that were affecting the structural safety and operational efficiency of the warehouse. Our team conducted a detailed inspection and implemented a complete waterproofing solution to ensure long-term protection and smooth water discharge performance.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The existing gutter system was thoroughly inspected to identify leakage points, blockages, and areas affected by corrosion and water stagnation. The surface was then properly cleaned, with all debris, rust, and loose materials removed to ensure a strong base for waterproofing works. Cracks and joint areas were treated and sealed to prevent further water penetration.

WATERPROOFING SYSTEM INSTALLATION

A high-performance waterproofing membrane and coating system was applied across the treated gutter surfaces to provide a seamless protective barrier against water ingress. Special attention was given to joints, corners, and high-risk leakage areas to ensure complete sealing and durability.

Slope correction works were also carried out to improve water flow and ensure effective drainage across the entire gutter system, preventing future water accumulation and overflow issues. After completion, a full leak testing and quality assurance check was performed to confirm system performance and reliability.
